July 18th – July 24h:

  • Monday: 50′ pyramid interval workout on the elliptical + abs circuit
  • Tuesday: 50′ interval workout on the elliptical + arms
  • Wednesday: 30′ intervals on the treadmill, 20′ on the exercise bike + abs
  • Thursday: 30′ power walk on the beach + 30′ of Pilates
  • Friday: Off
  • Saturday:
  • Sunday:

July 11th – July 17th:

  • Monday: 60′ power walk on the beach + abs circuit
  • Tuesday: 60steady state on the elliptical
  • Wednesday: 30′ run on treadmill, 30on the stair master + squats & lunges.
  • Thursday: 60′ power walk on the beach + arms circuit
  • Friday: 30′ steady state run at 6.5, 30′ steady on the elliptical at resistance 5, & 15 minutes on the stair master at level 8 + abs & arms
  • Saturday: Off
  • Sunday: Off
